Friday 6/17/2011

Today was very much focused on helping out on the floor and selling the merchandise for fathers day. We started out the day helping out any customers if they needed help, and Tony went over the Polo Ralph Lauren 5 rings of customer service. We spent the rest of the day pulling stock out of the back to fill in the fixtures that were depleated and helping the costumers. This was a good day due to the fact it was the first time we really got to interact with the customers whihc gave us another perspective of the whole operation. We ended the day by organizing the Preston Pants wall, which had was in shambles from last night due to customers looking through it.
