We were at Southpark again today. We started out the day by going to Dillards and scouthing out the Polo Ralph Lauren store there and Tony went over what was exclusive to them and to us and the differences between each. Tony then showed Meredith and I the Big & Tall section and informed us that they had been doing so well there and expanding so much that the Big & Tall section was becoming it's own shop. We then focused on the getting the clearance set and making sure the aisles were clean and that the sale merchandise was clearly labeled. We spent the rest of the day making sure the clearance was set and hanging the woven shirts to clear space for full price merchandise.
