Tuesday we were at Southpark again. We started out the day really focusing on getting the denim set and making sure it was sized right so the customers could find it easily. Tony showed Meredith and I how to fold the denim the way that Polo Ralph Lauren likes and he also showed us how to size the denim and how to place it around the fixture. After we were done with the denim Tony went over the numbers from the week before with us and showed us how each individual item was selling and how we could improve each store and what we should focus on changing. After that Tony gave Meredith and I the rest of the day to work on our project idea and update our blogs.
