Collin and I met with Tony at Southpark mall at 9:00 Tuesday morning. We started the day by becoming familiar with the men's polo shop, women's shop as well as big and tall. We then toured the mall, looking at our competitor's stores to see what marketing was in place and the different layouts of the merchandise. Later in the day, Collin and I met to set up our blog and submit our initial posts. We also spent some time brainstorming ideas for our project by thinking about possible improvements for Polo shops to utilize.
