Thursday was a huge day for us, as the new fixtures for the Big & Tall Polo Ralph Lauren shop arrived at Southpark. Meredith and I arrived at 8:00 a.m. and meet Tony who was already there, as soon as we arrived the fixtures began rolling in. We all started moving the fixtures around to where Tony said they should be and opening the many boxes that came with everything. Tony, Meredith and I focused on getting all the merchandise off of the old fixtures on to the new ones and making sure the store was set well, which took most of the day. Other Belk employees chipped in to help which was very good and helpful. Tony then treated Meredith and I to a very good and nice lunch for helping out with the new fixtures. After lunch we went to sportswear and we organized the clearance racks and folded denim that was in the big table.
